You will be asked to pay via PayPal or Money Order to SAHR. All auctions must be paid by PayPal or Money Order within 10 days of purchase. Your purchase agreement is the form that you fill out online. A copy will be sent to you.
These services are available on a first come, first serve basis.
The 2008 Stallion Service Auction (SSA) will be conducted by Internet bidding via online form.
The stallion services offered in this auction are intended for the 2008 breeding season.
Purchases are binding and cannot be withdrawn, by filling out the purchase agreement you are making a legal contract between yourself and the Sabino Arabian Horse Registry.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS OR REFUNDS GIVEN.
In other words, if you don't want to pay for the stallion service, don't purchase!
The buyer agrees to abide by the terms of the stallion owner's breeding contract, and SAHR does not assume liability for any disputes that may arise between the buyer and the stallion owner.
The buyers are committed to the usual mare care and veterinarian fees and are bound by the breeding contracts for the stallion service they purchase.
SAHR urges buyers to contact stallion owners before their purchase and to become familiar with the breeding contract, terms and expenses involved with the stallion services on which they intend to purchase. All guarantees are between the individual stallion owner and the buyer.
Please keep in mind that you need to communicate with the stallion manager to make your breeding successful.
